Class times

Friday     6:00 – 7:30 pm: Introduction, preparing Sourdough starter
Saturday 8:00 – 9:30 am: preparing Sourdough 
               2:00 - 7:00 pm: main dough up to ready-to-bake piece of dough 
               8:00 - 9:30 pm wine & bread tasting
Sunday   9:00 – 11:30 am: Baking bread in a professional stone oven and a kitchen stove
              11:30 - 12:30 am: Picknick (also possible with friends and family)

What is offered?

  • Rye sourdough explained from scratch, from starter to the ready bread
  • All doughs made by your own hands: a rye bread in a box and a free style round bread with your flour of choice
  • Recipes and sourdough starter to take home
  • Food and beverages including wine tasting
  • Your breads to take home
