- All doughs made by your own hands: a rye bread in a box and a free style round bread with your flour of choice

Class times
Friday 6:30 – 8:00 pm: Introduction, preparing Sourdough starter
Saturday 9:00 – 10:30 am: preparing Sourdough
3:00 - 7:00 pm: main dough up to ready-to-bake piece of dough
8:00 - 9:30 pm wine & bread tasting
Sunday 9:00 – 11:30 am: Baking bread in a professional stone oven and a kitchen stove
11:30 - 12:30 am: Picknick (also possible with friends and family)
